Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license key and setup instructions are sent to your email automatically. No waiting, no manual processing.
All sales are final once your product has been delivered, however if there is an issue on our end we will make it right. We cannot offer refunds for bans, user error, or unsupported system configurations. It is at our own discretion.
Your time starts when you enter your key into the loader, not when you complete your purchase. Once activated, the timer runs continuously and cannot be paused. If there is any downtime on our end, the lost time is automatically added back to your subscription.
All of our products are built for Windows 10 and Windows 11 only. There is no support for macOS, Linux, mobile devices, or gaming consoles at this time.
If a product is flagged, we update the status on our site immediately and the development team works on a fix. You will not be charged for any downtime and your subscription is paused or extended automatically until things are back online.
First, make sure your antivirus is disabled, run the application as administrator, and verify that all required dependencies are installed. If things still are not working after that, open a support ticket in our Discord server and we will help you out.
Head over to our Discord server and open a ticket. That is the only way we handle support. We will never DM you first or ask for your license key. If anyone messages you claiming to be from our team, do not respond to them.
