1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and/or purchasing any of our online applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any additional rules or policies we provide.
2. Products and Services
The Emporium offers access to various online applications and related digital services. Unless stated otherwise, purchases provide a license key, access code, or account-based access for the specific product and duration shown at checkout.
We do not sell ownership of software. You are purchasing a limited right to access and use the product under these Terms.
Lifetime Product Policy
Products sold with a "Lifetime" license or key are valid for the lifetime of the product itself, not in perpetuity. "Lifetime" refers to the period during which the product remains actively available and operational. If a product is discontinued, taken offline, or otherwise ceases to function for any reason — including but not limited to detection, legal action, third-party changes, or a business decision by The Emporium — any associated lifetime keys or licenses will become void. No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided in such cases.
3. Refunds
All sales are final by default. Refunds are not provided as a standard practice. Any refund request may be reviewed at the sole discretion of The Emporium's owner, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any request without providing a reason.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, requirements, and compatibility details before purchasing. The Emporium is not responsible for issues resulting from a failure to verify compatibility, incorrect setup, or choosing a product that does not fit your needs.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting The Emporium through our support process will be considered unauthorized and may be treated as fraudulent activity.
You must open a support ticket and provide reasonable time to investigate and respond before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to products and withdrawal of future support.
6. Ownership and License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the corresponding application for personal use for the term specified (if applicable). This license does not grant ownership rights.
You may not distribute, resell, sublicense, share, reverse engineer, modify, or otherwise exploit any product or service without explicit written permission from The Emporium.
7. Termination of Services
The Emporium reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any product, service, or user account at any time, without notice, for any reason deemed appropriate by the owner, including suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

We may update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
